We have the option for you to choose the date you would like the order shipped starting from the day after the order is placed. Delivery time is within 1-5 days from shipment date depending on delivery option chosen. A tracking number will be provided. However if your order is urgent you may can contact us on 0426 415 925 and we will endeavor to assist you. 

No, our boxes are customised to suit each customer and prepared differently every time. The images and description provide an indication of what may be included. Contents may vary from images supplied on our website by discretion of Nuts About U.

Nuts About U reserves the right to substitute products and items when items are unavailable. All substitutions will be of similar quality and value.

Yes of course, you can choose to customise with a sticker or a card.

It is your responsibility to provide the right details. If the wrong address is provided please contact us immediately to update the address prior to delivery.  if the order is successfully delivered, we are unable to recover or redirect the shipment. if the delivery is in transit and it is possible to redirect a redelivery fee will be charged and depending on the deliveries for the day it may not be possible to be redelivered the same day.

Our products are packed on a production line that also have products that contain tree nuts, cereals containing gluten, peanuts & their products, soya beans, sesame seeds and dried fruits that may contain sulphites.

Best way to store nuts is in an airtight container after opening, in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

We offer Australia Wide delivery on all products excluding our grazing platters and boxes, they are only available in Sydney.

We have a flat delivery fee of $15 and an express delivery option available. We may also from time to time offer promotional free delivery.
